Home Afrika (Kenya) appoints GMK Accountants LLP as their Independent External Auditors

Pursuant to the Capital Markets (Securities) (Public Offers, Listing and Disclosures) Regulations, 2002, the Fifth Schedule, Regulation G.05, the Board of Directors of Home Afrika Limited (“Home Afrika”) would like to announce the appointment of GMK Accountants LLP as their Independent External Auditors with effect from 1st September 2021.

GMK Accountants LLP has vast industry experience and depth of knowledge across multiple sectors of the economy. The firm provides a suite of comprehensive professional services in the fields of Audit, Accounting, Tax advisory and Business advisory.

This appointment will be tabled for Shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting.
