Pursuant to Section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements the Board of Directors of Zanaco Plc (“the Board”) wishes to inform the Bank’s shareholders and the public that Mrs. Chearyp Mkandawire-Sokoni has resigned as a member of the Zanaco Board effective 31st March 2023, following her resignation from the Industrial Development Corporation, the nominating entity.

The Board would like to thank Mrs. Chearyp Mkandawire-Sokoni for the immeasurable service she rendered to the Board and wishes her the best in her future endeavours.
