Vitafoam Nigeria Plc announced a dividend of 25 Kobo per share on 4-Jan-2019.

The Board recommended a dividend of NGN260.51 million representing 25 Kobo per share for the financial year ended 30th September, 2018. The dividend is subject to Shareholders’ approval and withholding tax. If approved at the Annual General Meeting, the dividend will be paid on 8th March, 2019, to members whose names appear in the Registrar of members at the close of business on Friday 15th February:
