Telekom Networks Malawi Limited (TNM) wishes to advise the general public that in order to enhance business and shareholder value, the Company will be involved in negotiations with several potential strategic equity partners.

In this respect TNM is looking for a recognised telecommunications operator to further strengthen its position in the Malawi telecommunications market.

Shareholders are advised that the outcome of these negotiations might have a material effect on TNM’s share price. Shareholders are therefore advised accordingly to exercise caution in dealing in their shares in the Company until a further announcement is made.

TNM is further informing the general public that it will communicate further developments when and as required.
