Sunbird Tourism Limited (Malawi) declares an interim dividend of 50 tambala per share

The Board of Directors of Sunbird Tourism plc, at their 131st Board Meeting held on 14th September, 2022, resolved that an interim dividend of MK131 million (or 50 tambala per share) for the half year ended 30th June, 2022 be paid.

Members whose names will appear in the register as at close of business on Friday 18th November, 2022 will be eligible for the dividend payable on 25th November, 2022.

The register will be closed from 18th to 24th November, 2022 and no transfers will be registered during that time.
