For Immediate Release on 06 September 2022 – The Public is hereby informed that Shumba securities have been removed from the Default Board, effective today.

On Monday 05 September 2022, the Company published their Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2021. The publication can be accessed on the BSE website at www.bse.co.bw.
Shumba is now compliant with the BSE Equity Listings Requirements as far the publication of financial statements is concerned.
