Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Company declared a dividend for the half year ended June 30, 2022. The Dividend declared is a blend between Zimbabwean Dollars (ZWL) and the United States Dollars (USD). The full dividend amounts per share and calendar is provided in the table below.
