Presco Plc (NIGERIA) declares an interim dividend of N2.00 per 50 kobo ordinary share

Proposed Dividend Interim Dividend of N2.00 (Two Hundred Kobo) per 50 kobo ordinary share, subject to appropriate withholding tax will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Monday the 21% day of November 2022.
Closure of Register he Register of Shareholders will be closed on Tuesday the 22™ day of November 2022 to (Register enhance preparation for payment of interim dividend.
Qualification Date The qualification date is Monday the 21st  day of November, 2022 
Payment Date On Friday the 25th day of November, 2022 interim dividend of N2.00 (Two Hundred Kobo) per fifty kobo share subject to deduction of withholding tax at the appropriate rate will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at close of business on Monday 21st day of November, 2022 and who have completed the e-| dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
