Okomu Palm Oil Plc (NIGERIA) declares an interim dividend of N7.00 per 50 kobo share

Proposed Dividend An interim Dividend of N7.00 per 50kobo ordinary share, subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members at the close of business on 22 nd  August 2022. 
Closure of Register The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Tuesday, the 23nd of August to Friday, 26 nd of August 2022 (both dates inclusive).
Qualification Date 22nd  August 2022 
Payment Date On 29″ August 2022, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 22™ August 2022, and have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into Bank accounts.
