OK Zimbabwe – Notice Concerning the Delay in the Publication of the Audited Financial Results for the Year Ended 31 March 2023

The Board of Directors of OK Zimbabwe Limited (“the Board”) hereby advises all its valued stakeholders that OK Zimbabwe Limited (“the Company”) will delay the publication of its Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31 March 2023 which were due for publication on or before 30 June 2023.

The major attributable cause of this delay is that the Company migrated to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) System at the beginning of the financial year under review, whose implementation has resulted in delayed finalisation of the Company’s Financial Statements. The Company and its External Auditors shall use best endeavours to ensure that the Audited Financial Results will be published by 31 August 2023.

The Board and Management apologise for any inconvenience caused to the Company’s valued stakeholders.
