NewGold Issuer Limited (GLD.gh) – Notification of change of auditors
Shareholders are advised that following the completion of the formal tender process, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. together with Mr Louwrens van Velden as the designated audit partner, has been selected to replace Ernst & Young Inc. (“EY”) as auditors of NewGold Issuer (RF) Limited, with effect from 1 July 2022.
The audit services of EY terminated on 30 June 2022.
