The Shareholders of National Foods Holdings Limited (“NFHL” or “the Company”) are advised of an addendum to the Circular published to shareholders and the investing public on Monday the 21st of November 2022 relating to the Termination of National Foods Holdings Limited from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange and the Subsequent Listing by Introduction of National Foods Holdings Limited on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange.
