MTN Nigeria Communications Plc – Approval of the unaudited consolidated financial statements for Q3-2022

We refer to our announcement dated 14 September 2022 notifying Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public of the meeting of the Board of Directors of MTN Nigeria Communications Plc (the Company).

Please be informed that the Board aft its meeting held on Thursday, 27 October 2022 considered and approved the Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements For the nine months period ended 30 September 2022.

The Closed Period in respect of transactions on the Company’s securities will remain interim effect until 24 hours after the Financial Statements have been released to the public. Accordingly, no director, employee, or adviser of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly, deal in the securities of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
