Mashonaland Holdings Limited – Notice of Board Changes

In line with the requirements of the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange Listing Rules [S.1 134 of 2019] shareholders are hereby advised of the following appointments to the Board of Mashonaland Holdings Limited “the Company.”

Appointment of Mr. Terence Chaparamhosva as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board

The Board of Directors of Mashonaland Holdings Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Terence Chiparamhosva as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board with effect from 01 September 2023.

Terence Chiparamhosva is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty years’ experience in finance and operations acquired working for companies such as EcoCash Holdings Limited, British American Tobacco and Ernst & Young Chartered Accountants, (Zimbabwe). Terrence sits on the Hunyani Rotary Board. He also sits on the Board of Directors for Dataguard P/L, Deep Systems P/L, Mosi Safari and Terbland Trading P/L.

Appointment of Mrs. Innocencia Tigere as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board

The Board is further pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Innocencia Tigere as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board with effect from 01 September 2023. Innocencia Tigere is a qualified town planning and property development expert with over 30 years’ experience gained through working in both the public and private sector.

She founded a Town Planning and Property Development Consultancy Firm, Ricencia Realty Solutions Private Limited, in 2015 which provides town planning, development advisory and project management consultancy services. She is a corporate member of the Zimbabwe Institute of Regional and Urban Planners (ZIRUP) and she is the Past President of this institute. She is also a member of the International Society of City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP) and a Member of the Project Management Institute of Zimbabwe (PMIZ).

The company welcomes the two new non-executive directors and wishes them success in their new roles.
