Mashonaland Holdings Limited – Notice of Board Changes

In line with the requirements of the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange Listing Rules [S.1 134 of 2019] shareholders are hereby advised of the following changes to the Board of Mashonaland Holdings Limited “the Company”:

Retirement of Ms. Barbara Musariri from the Board

Ms. Barbara Musariri retired from the Board of Directors with effect from 08 May 2023. She served the company as a Non-Executive Director for 3 years from February 2020 up to current time of her retirement from the Board. As Chairman of the Board Investment Committee, Barbara immensely contributed to Mashonaland Holdings Limited’s on-going portfolio diversification strategy.

The Company extends its gratitude to Barbara for her invaluable support and dedication to service during her tenure as a Non-Executive Director and wishes her all the best in her future endeavours.

Appointment of Ms. Tandiwe Masunda as a Non-Executive Director of the Board

The Company is further pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Tandiwe Masunda as a Non-Executive Director of the Board with effect from 08 May 2023.

Tandiwe is the CEO, Investments Cluster for ZB Financial Holdings. Prior to joining ZB Financial Holdings Limited, she was an Associate Director – Corporate Finance and Transaction Services at Pricewaterhouse Coopers Chartered Accountants (Zimbabwe) (“PwC’). She has over 15 years of experience in financial services, corporate finance, transaction services and assurance.

Tandiwe is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”) charter holder and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe and the Investment Professionals Association of Zimbabwe.

The Company wishes Ms. Tandiwe Masunda every success in her new role.
