Letshego Holdings Limited – Announcement to shareholders

Existing shareholders Letshego Holdings Limited (“Letshego”) are referred to the notice published on the Botswana Stock Exchange (“BSE”) X-news on the 18th of May 2022 in respect of the an independent disciplinary process relating to the Company Secretary, Group Compliance Officer and Group AML Compliance officer, Ms. Matshidiso Kimwaga.

Letshego now wishes to inform its shareholders and stakeholders that, following the disciplinary process, Ms. Matshidiso Kimwaga’s contract of employment has been terminated with effect from 13 June 2022.

Letshego shall announce the appointment of a substantive Company Secretary in due course once a suitable candidate has been identified for appointment. In the meantime, Ms. Lebogang Rathedi shall continue to act as the interim Company Secretary and Mr. Legae Moetedi as the Interim Group Head of Compliance and the Interim Group Head of AML.
