RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT, CHANGE IN YEAR END AND UPDATE ON PUBLICATION OF RESULTS

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements of 3 July 2020 and 22 November 2019 respectively and the Company advises that there have been no further developments on the Bon Health properties due to the COVID-19 lockdown.

Shareholders are advised that the Board has changed the year end of the Company to 31 August. The reporting for the current financial year will thus be for an 18-month period, that is, from 01 March 2019 to 31 August 2020.

Furthermore, the Company has applied to the SEM for a further extension to finalise the audit for the financial year ended 28 February 2019 and the subsequent quarters up to 31 May 2020. The SEM is being kept appraised of developments and has approved an extension until 30 September 2020 for the publication of the outstanding results.

In the interim, the funding agreement has lapsed but the parties are exploring a rights offer to properly fund the Company and allow all shareholders to follow their rights. The Board is in discussions with an underwriter in this regard.

Accordingly, Go Life shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in their securities until a further announcement is made.

Go Life has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on the AltX of the JSE.
