Go Life International Limited (Mauritius) | Delays publication of its FY22 results

UPDATE ON FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on 26 July 2022 wherein the Company had received formal approval from the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (the “SEM”) to delay the publication of its abridged consolidated audited annual financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2022 and for the quarter ended 31 May 2022 to 30 September 2022.

The Board would like to apprise its shareholders and the general public that the Company was not in a position to publish its abridged consolidated audited financial statements as well as the quarterly abridged unaudited consolidated financial statements by 30 September 2022.

The Company submitted a further request to SEM for an extension to 31 October 2022. Shareholders are advised that SEM has acceded to the request of the Company regarding its commitment to publish its accounts by 31 October 2022.
