FMHL | Results of the Renounceable Offer

Shareholders are advised that the results of the Rights offer made to members who were registered in the books of the company as at the close of business on 8 September 2017 that closed on 6 October 2017 are as follows:

TOTAL RIGHTS OFFER SHARES 210,371,395 17,250,454.39 100.00%

The Rights Offer shares will be issued and listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange with effect from Friday, 13 October 2017.
