FMHL – Dividend declaration notice

Notice is hereby given that the Board has declared a final dividend of $280.2 million (which is made up of ZWL146.3 million and USD146,344) from the profits of the Company for the full year ended 31 December 2022 which represent twenty Zimbabwe dollar cents (ZWL0.20) per share and zero point zero two United States dollar cents (USD0.0002) per share respectively.

The dividend will be payable on or about 19 May 2023 to all shareholders of the Company registered at close of business on 12 May 2023. The shares of the Company will be traded cum-dividend on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange up to 9 May 2023 and ex-dividend as from 10 May 2023.

The applicable shareholders’ tax will be deducted from the Gross Dividends.

Shareholders are requested to submit/update their mailing and banking details with the Transfer Secretaries to enable the payment of their dividends on the following contacts.
