FBC Holdings Limited declares an interim dividend of 148.82 ZWL cents per share

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of FBC Holdings Limited declared an interim dividend of 148,82 ZWL cents per share on 671 949 927 ordinary shares in issue on 30 August 2022. The dividend is in respect of the six months ended 30 June 2022 and will be payable in full to all the shareholders of the Company registered at close of business on Friday, the 23rd of September 2022.

The payment of dividend will take place on or about 30 September 2022.

The shares of the Company will be traded cum-dividend on the Stock Exchange up to the market day of 19 September 2022 and ex-dividend as from 20 September 2022.

Shareholders are requested to submit their bank details to our transfer secretaries who are First Transfer Secretaries situated at:-
