Announcement of the Results of Voting at the Nineteenth Annual General Meeting of Econet Wireless Zimbabwe Limited held on Thursday 31 August 2017.

Shareholders are advised that the results of voting at the Nineteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Thursday 31 August 2017 are as follows.

ORDINARY BUSINESS
1. Adoption of the 2017 Annual financial statements together with the reports of the directors and auditors thereon PASSED
2. Approval of dividend of 0.467 United States cents per share PASSED
3. Re-election of Directors PASSED
4. Approval of Directors Remuneration PASSED
5.1 Approval of Auditors’ remuneration for the previous year PASSED
5.2. Re-appointment of Auditors for the coming year PASSED

SPECIAL BUSINESS
6.1 Renewal of share buy-back authority PASSED
