This is to inform our esteemed Shareholders, the Nigerian Exchange Limited, and the investing public of the passing away of Mrs. Temilade Durojaiye, a representative of the shareholders of the Company on the statutory Audit Committee of Courteville Business Solutions Plc (the Company). This sad incident occurred on the 17th of August 2022 after a brief illness.

Being an important and vibrant representative of the members of the Company on the Audit Committee, there is no doubt that the professional disposition of Mrs. Durojaiye will be dearly missed.

The Company is taking the necessary steps to ensure that the composition of the Audit Committee is in compliance with the provisions of the law.
