Pursuant to section 3.59 of the LuSE Listings Requirements, the Board of Directors of Copperbelt Energy Corporation PLC (the “Board”) wishes to announce the resignation of Mr. Thomas Featherby as Director of the CEC Board with effect from 31st March 2023. Mr Featherby held the office of Non-Executive Director.

The Board wishes to express its sincere gratitude for the valuable contributions made by Mr. Featherby during his tenure as Director and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
