CEC is attending the Mining Indaba 2018. This event is dedicated to the successful capitalisation and development of mining interests in Africa. CEC is attending in its capacity as an influential regional and Zambian developer of power infrastructure. The Mining Indaba 2018 event unites investors, mining companies, governments and other stakeholders from around the world to learn and network, all toward the single goal of advancing mining on the continent and in Zambia, in CEC’s case. The event is also dedicated to supporting education, career development, sustainable development, and other important causes in Africa, causes that align closely with CEC’s corporate responsibility ethics.

Our CEO and Managing Director Owen Silavwe is currently speaking on harnessing the mining sector to enhance regional power availability, deepen regional power markets and enhance productivity.
