Shareholders and the investing public are referred to cautionary announcements dated 19 October 2021 and 9 November 2021, and to the Abridged Circular published on Thursday, 18 November 2021, relating to and seeking approvals for the voluntary termination of the listing of Bindura Nickel Corporation Limited (“BNC”) or “the Company”) on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange and the Company’s subsequent listing on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange by way of introduction. Based on the information and disclosures contained in the Abridged Circular, Shareholders and the investing public are hereby advised that it is no longer necessary for them to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities.
