It is with profound sorrow and heavy hearts that the ART Holdings Limited Board announces the sad passing on of Mr Young Chul Baik on the 25th of September 2022.

Mr Baik was a Non-Executive Director of the Group and Chairman of Taesung C & I Ltd. He will be sorely missed for his visionary leadership, commitment, and passion. His generosity, guidance, wise counsel and humor will continue to inspire us.

“What counts in life is not the mere fact that we lived. It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead.”

He touched many lives and has left an indelible mark in not only his businesses, but in industry and the community. He cherished his family, and our thoughts and prayers are with his wife, children, and family during this challenging time.
