Airtel Malawi Plc (Malawi) declaration of dividend of MWK2.95 per share
At the Company’s 23rd Annual General Meeting held on Thursday the 30th day of June 2022, the following resolution was passed:
“The shareholders resolved that a dividend of MWK32,450,000,000 representing MWK2.95 per share in respect of the financial year ending 31st December 2021, be approved”.
The Dividend will be payable on 25th day of July 2022 to those shareholders registered in the books of the Company as at the close of business on 8th day of July 2022.
The share register will be closed from 8th July 2022 to 11th July 2022, both dates inclusive and no transfers shall be registered during that time.
